Bailey County Emergency Management has partnered with Thin Line Software LLC to design, build, and deploy contact tracing software in Bailey County. The software will help reduce the spread of contagious diseases inside the community by accurately and effectively managing cases and tracing contacts.
Bailey County EMS Director Kevin Baize says, “I was trying my best to manage the cases with a spreadsheet. But as the case counts went up, the task of keeping track of what was needing to be done became overwhelming.”
The new software will give Bailey County Emergency Management a better platform to manage active, recovered, and future cases more easily. When COVID-19 contact tracing is no longer needed, the software will provide tracking for other contagious diseases.
